摘要
本文基于全预混冷凝壁挂炉的结构特点及其使用环境,研究分析造成冷凝水堵塞的原因及产生的影响,通过对比分析火焰探针检测和虹吸管增设液位开关这两种冷凝水堵塞保护设计方法的差异性及优缺点,并整合得出采用两种方法相结合的优化方案能达到更佳保护效果的结论,从而提出全预混冷凝壁挂炉冷凝水堵塞安全保护的优化设计方案,可有效避免对全预混冷凝壁挂炉零部件的损坏,减少其维护成本,以达到延长全预混冷凝壁挂炉使用寿命的目的。
This thesis is going to analyze the cause and influence of condensate water blockage to fully pre-mixed combustion gas fired combination boiler according to its structure and utilization ambient,to compare and study the advantages and disadvantages of two protection schemes:flame detection pin and liquid level switch added to siphon so as to come up with the optimal one as a result of combination,effectively avoid damage to spare parts of the boiler,which minimizes the maintenance cost and extends the boiler lifespan.
