摘要
为提高传动试验台测试结果的可靠性,进行了基于传动轴角度优化的煤矿用液压支架搬运车变速箱传动试验台设计。先搭建试验台框架,以此为基础建立试验台传动轴万向节的数学模型,分析其运动规律,并计算传动轴角度最优范围;然后为试验台配置液力传动油散热器及风扇,保证其性能稳定;最后通过计算机软件实现对试验台的全过程控制。试验结果表明,该试验台能够实现对变速箱的隐藏故障的稳定排查,具备较高的可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability of the test results of the transmission test bench, the design of the transmission test bench for the hydraulic support truck in coal mine based on the optimization of the transmission shaft angle was carried out. First built the frame of the test bench, based on this established the mathematical model of the universal joint of the transmission shaft of the test bench,analyzed its motion law, and calculated the optimal range of the angle of the drive shaft;then configured the hydraulic transmission oil radiator and fan for the test bench to ensure its stable performance;finally realized the whole process control of the test bench through computer software. The experimental results show that the test bench can realize the stable investigation of hidden faults of the gearbox and has extremely high reliability.
