摘要
以广东省广州市天河智慧城地下综合管廊工程的科韵路综合管廊子项工程为例,通过分析综合管廊平面线位影响因素,考虑入廊主要管线转弯半径要求、盾构机类型和转弯能力、预制管片环宽、管片楔形量、综合管廊和衬砌环管片外径,计算了平面圆曲线最小半径,分析了盾构隧道综合管廊纵断面线位的影响因素。同时,考虑综合管廊入廊管线的特殊性,综合得到了平面圆曲线最小半径设计建议值和纵向线形参数推荐值。研究成果对于完善盾构隧道综合管廊设计理论与建设,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Keyun Road utility tunnel, sub project of Tianhe Smart City underground utility tunnel project in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province is taken as an example. By analyzing effect of the horizontal alignment of the shield utility tunnel,considering the radius request of the main pipes bending, types of shield machine and bending capabilities, the width and wedge of the precast segments, the outer diameter of shield pipe and lining segments, the minimum radius of circular curve is calculated, the effect factors of the vertical curve are analyzed. And based on the particularity of the pipeline, the recommended design values of minimum radius of the plane circular curve and vertical alignment index are comprehensively obtained. The research results are theoretical and practical significant for improving the design theory and construction of shield utility tunnel.
