摘要
目的 探讨基于操作技能直接观察评量(DOPS)测评的模拟情景教学结合行动学习法在妇产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年6月在我院妇产科轮转学习的72名学生为观察对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用基于DOPS测评的模拟情景教学结合行动学习法,比较两组教学效果。结果 观察组基础理论成绩、实践技能成绩、批判性思维能力测评量表得分及学生岗位胜任力测评量表诊疗能力、思维能力、心理特质、职业发展能力维度得分和总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对带教方法的满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对在妇产科学习的学生而言,应用基于DOPS测评的模拟情景教学结合行动学习法,不仅可以有效提升其学习成绩,而且能进一步提升其临床技能操作能力,增进师生互动,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of scene situation teaching combined with action learning method based on Direct Obseration of Procedural Skills(DOPS) evaluation in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 72 students who studied in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the objects of observed.They were divided into the observed group and the compared group.The compared group taught by traditional teaching method,and the observed group taught by scene situation teaching combined with action learning method based on DOPS evaluation to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The total scores of the basic theoretical score,practical skill score,critical thinking ability evaluation scale,student’ duty competency evaluation scale,diagnosis and treatment ability,thinking ability,psychological characteristics,and career development ability in the observed group were significantly higher than those in the compared group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observed group with teaching methods was significantly better than that of the compared group(P<0.05).Conclusion For students studying in gynecology and obstetrics,the application of DOPS based scene scenario teaching combined with action learning method can not only effectively improve their academic performance,but also further improve their clinical skills and operation ability,and enhance teacher-student interaction,which is worth further promoting in clinical application.
