摘要
医学院校在培养学生专业技能的同时,要加强综合素养和人文素养培养,坚持把“医术”和“仁爱”教育相统一。在专业教育中融入思政教育是提升医学生思想道德素养的必要举措。对技能实训课融入思政元素的优化设计与实践路径进行分析,探索思政教育与专业技能学习的有机融合,为相关实训课程开展思政教育提供参考依据。
While cultivating students′ professional skills,medical colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality and humanistic quality,adhere to the unity of "medical skill" and "benevolence" education.It is necessary to integrate Ideological & political education into professional education to improve the Ideological & Political literacy of medical students.Analyze the optimization design and practice path of integrating Ideological & Political elements into basic training courses,explore the organic integration of Ideological & Political education and professional skills learning,and provide reference for related training courses to carry out Ideological & Political education.
