基于排队网络模型的航站楼资源优化配置研究

摘要 服务资源设施配置数量影响了航站楼运行效率,文章通过构建旅客排队网络,提出了排队网络模型来解决航站楼运行设计中服务设施资源数量的问题。排队网络模型首先采用等服务速率法及图解法求解相邻两环节的资源配置数量,再用累积图法分析实际运行中旅客排队情况。在江苏某机场实例分析中,文章采用排队网络模型进行设施的测算,通过与航站楼建设常用手册对比表明,采用排队网络模型进行设置虽然会产生旅客排队,但最长排队时间、旅客平均排队时间等指标均在可接受范围内,对航站楼的正常高效运行影响较小。因此,在航站楼的运行设计中,除了采用手册法快速获取相关指标,设计人员还需考虑旅客排队因素,运用排队网络模型进行航站楼资源优化配置,以同时满足结果可靠及资源节约两个要求。 The number of service facilities has great impact on the operation of a terminal. By constructing the passenger queuing network, a queuing network model is proposed to solve the problem of service facility resource calculation in terminal operation design. The queuing network model firstly uses the equal service rate method and the graphic method to work out the number of resource allocation of two adjacent links, and then uses the cumulative graph method to analyze the passenger queuing situation during the practical situation. In the case analysis of an airport in Jiangsu, the effectiveness and rationality of the model is verified by comparing with the manual method, which is mostly adopted in the design of an airport. It’s pointed that in the setting situation, results according to the queuing network model will cause passenger queuing, but the indicators such as the longest queuing time and average queuing time per passenger are all acceptable, which have little impact on the normal and efficient operation of the terminal. In the terminal operation design, therefore, in addition to the manual method to quickly obtain relevant indicators, it is also necessary to consider passenger queuing factors and combine queuing theory to optimize the configuration of terminal resources, so as to meet the requirements of both the reliability and the resource saving.
