新时代劳动课程实施的底层逻辑重塑 被引量:5

摘要 推进劳动课程落地扎根的关键在于重塑课程实施的底层逻辑,厘清劳动课程实施系统的运作机理。在中小学实践场域,劳动课程实施遵循目标共生的上位逻辑、结构整合的中位逻辑与实践协同的下位逻辑。根据不同课程主体的参与程度,劳动课程在学校实践中呈现出“任务执行式”“课程联动式”与“理念融通式”三种形态。新时代,要推进劳动课程在中小学校真正落地生根,需要构建适应性转化机制,推动劳动课程“名实相副”;建立实践性理解机制,推进劳动课程“深度实施”;确立创造性生成机制,形成劳动课程“文化实践”。 The key to implement labor educationin schools is to reshape the underlying logic of curriculum implementation and clarify the operation mechanism of the labor course implementation system.In the practical fields of the primary and secondary school,the implementation of labor course follows a top logic of goal symbiosis,a median logic of structural integration,and a bottom logic of practice synergy.According to the participation of different curriculum subjects,the labor courses in school practice take three forms:task-execution,curriculum interconnection and conceptintegration.In the new era,to promote the implementation of labor courses in primary and secondary schools,it is necessary to build an adaptive transformation mechanism to ensure labor courses to be“true to its name”,to establish a practical understanding mechanism to promote the“deep implementation”of the labor courses,and to form a creative generating mechanism to develop a“cultural practice”of the labor courses.
