摘要
目的探讨信息化管理在预防血液透析室双高不良事件中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月九江市第一人民医院血液透析室采取传统护理方法期间100例行血液透析的患者及同期12名护理人员作为对照组;另选取2021年2月至2022年2月九江市第一人民医院血液透析室采取信息化管理模式期间100例行血液透析的患者及同期12名护理人员作为观察组。比较两组双高不良事件发生率、护理人员工作效率和满意度。结果观察组患者的双高不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员分诊用时、上机前准备用时、治疗后评估用时、数据采集用时、数据统计分析及形成报表用时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的各方面满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理能够降低血液透析室双高不良事件发生率,促进护理人员工作效率提升,从而提升护理人员满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of information management in the prevention of double high adverse events in hemodialysis room.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,A total of 100 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room of the Jiujiang No.1 People's Hospital during the period of traditional nursing methods and 12 nursing staff in the same period were selected as the control group.Another 100 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room of Jiujiang No.1 People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 and 12 nursing staff during the same period were selected as the observation group.The double high incidence of adverse events,work efficiency and satisfaction of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of double high adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time spent in triage,preparation before using the computer,evaluation after treatment,data collection,data statistical analysis and report formation of nurses in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of all aspects of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Information management can reduce the incidence of double high adverse events in hemodialysis room,promote the work efficiency of nurses,and improve the satisfaction of nurses.
