摘要
目的探究红外线(TDP)治疗仪联合针对性护理干预对痔瘘术后患者创面愈合及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2021年10月萍乡市人民医院收治的166例行痔瘘术的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=83例)和研究组(n=83例)。对照组采取TDP治疗仪+常规护理治疗,研究组在对照组基础上外加针对性护理模式干预。比较两组患者创面愈合时间、创面疼痛程度、干预前后生活质量情况、干预前后自尊量表(SES)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分情况。结果干预前,研究组患者创面疼痛程度评分,生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分,SES、SDS的心理评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的创面疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组SES评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将TDP治疗仪联合针对性护理干预对痔瘘术后患者中,能有效缓解创面疼痛程度,缩短创面愈合时间,提高生活质量,改善心理状态。
Objective To explore the effect of infrared(TDP)therapy instrument combined with targeted nursing intervention on wound healing and quality of life of patients after hemorrhoids and fistula surgery.Methods A total of 166 patients who underwent hemorrhoids and fistulas who were admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=83)and the study group(n=83)using random number table method.The wound healing time,wound pain degree,quality of life before and after intervention,self-esteem scale(SES)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were nos ignificant differences between the wound pain degree score,quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)score,SES and SDS psychological scores in the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the wound pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the QLQ-C30 score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,SES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the TDP treatment instrument with targeted nursing intervention for patients after hemorrhoids and fistula surgery can effectively relieve the pain of the wound,shorten the wound healing time,improve the quality of life,improve the psychological state.
