摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国人民长久以来的共同期盼。中国共产党自成立之日起,始终不渝将为中国人民谋幸福作为不变的初心和使命。党在各个历史时期对共同富裕的理论突破和实践创新进行了艰辛探索,在消除贫富两极分化、最终实现全体人民共同富裕的问题上,形成了一系列行之有效的宝贵经验和精神财富。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央洞察时代大势,依循发展规律,把握历史主动,从社会主义本质角度就实现共同富裕作出一系列具有新的时代内涵的重要论述,制定促进共同富裕的行动纲要,推动共同富裕取得重大进展。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the common expectation of the Chinese people for a long time. For more than 100 years since its founding, the Communist Party of China(CPC)has unswervingly taken the pursuit of happiness for the Chinese people as its original aspiration and mission. In various historical periods, the CPC has made painstaking efforts to make theoretical breakthroughs and practical innovations for common prosperity, and has formed a series of effective valuable experience and spiritual wealth on the issue of eliminating the polarization of the rich and the poor and ultimately achieving common prosperity for all the people. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, by insighting into the trend of The Times, following the law of development, grasping the initiative of history, from the perspective of the essence of socialism, the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core made a series of important discussions with new connotations on achieving common prosperity, which formulated an action program for promoting common prosperity, and made significant progress in promoting common prosperity.
