Objective:To explore the effects of a cross-theoretical model-based behavioral model intervention on self-management levels, coping styles, and quality of life in patients undergoing percutaneous laminectomy. Methods:A total of 80 patients with percutaneous endoscopic surgery in this hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected for the study, and divided into control and observation groups. The control group was given conventional postoperative care, while the observation group was given a trans-theoretical model-based behavioral model intervention on top of that. The self-management level, coping style and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared before and after the intervention. Results:After intervention-based cross-theoretical model behavioral intervention,self-management score was significantly higher than control(P<0.05),positive response scores were significantly higher than control;negative response scores were significantly lower than control(P<0.05),and quality of life score was significantly higher than control(P<0.05).Conclusions:Behavioral model interventions based on the cross-theoretical model can significantly improve self-management of patients undergoing percutaneous laminectomy, enhance positive coping styles, reduce negative coping styles, and improve quality of life, which is important for patients to obtain a good prognosis.
