摘要
基于普通玻璃钢锚杆应用失效情况分析,提出了玻璃钢锚杆杆体材质及锚杆尾部结构改进方案,研制了φ25、φ27 mm新型高强玻璃钢锚杆,进行了沿空巷道采煤帮支护工业性试验。结果表明:新型高强玻璃钢锚杆整体性能显著提升,φ27 mm新型高强玻璃钢锚杆更能满足高地压高应力煤巷使用要求。
Based on the analysis of the application failure of ordinary FRP bolt, the improvement scheme of FRP bolt body material and bolt tail structure was proposed, and the new type of high-strength FRP bolt with φ25 mm and φ27 mm was developed, and the industrial test of coal side support in gob-side entry was carried out. The results show that the overall performance of the new type of high strength FRP bolt is significantly improved, and the φ27 mm new type of high strength FRP bolt can meet the requirements of high ground pressure and high stress coal roadway.
