摘要
精神分裂症属于临床上较为常见的一种严重神经系统疾病,多见于青壮年人群,可能引起感知觉、思维、行为以及情感等方面的异常,具有反复发作、病程较长以及病情呈渐进性加重的特点,病情严重患者甚至可能发生精神残疾,极大程度上威胁患者的生命健康安全。部分患者经过治疗后便可痊愈,但仍有部分患者可能出现精神发育障碍或(和)精神残疾,从而对患者的身心健康造成不利影响。随着近年来相关研究的日益深入,非典型抗精神病药物开始逐步被新型制剂所取代,而在目前临床上应用广泛的非典型抗精神病药物中,齐拉西酮和阿立哌唑具有独特的作用。目前,临床上针对上述两种抗精神病药物治疗首发精神分裂症(FES)疗效以及糖脂代谢的相关研究较多,而关于比较两种药物对FES患者心血管影响的相关研究较少。本文对两种药物对FES患者心血管影响的相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床有效治疗FES提供参考方案。
Schizophrenia is a serious neurological disease that is relatively common in clinical practice.It is more common in young and middle-aged people.It may cause abnormalities in perception,thinking,behavior and emotion.It has the characteristics of repeated attacks,long course of disease and gradual aggravation,patients with severe illness may even have mental disability,which greatly threatens the safety of life and health of patients.Some patients can be cured after treatment,but some patients may have mental developmental disorders or/and mental disabilities,which will adversely affect their physical and mental health.With the deepening of related research in recent years,atypical antipsychotics have been gradually replaced by new formulations.Among the currently widely used atypical antipsychotics,ziprasidone and aripiprazole have unique effect.At present,there are many related studies on the efficacy of the two antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia(FES)and glucose and lipid metabolism,while the related research on the comparison of the cardiovascular effects of the two drugs on FES patients is rare.This article reviews the related research progress of cardiovascular effects of the two drugs on FES patients,aiming to provide reference plan for clinically effective treatment of FES.
