摘要
为应对公立医院改革,强化呼吸机精细化管理,该研究介绍了PDCA循环法的应用价值及存在问题,引进了同源异构数据概念,并使用动态同源异构数据对PDCA循环方法加以优化,以保障呼吸机使用的安全性和有效性;同时,将压力传感器故障、流量传感器故障、潮气量故障、流量异常等故障纳入重点解决问题,在加强呼吸机性能质量控制、提升专职工程师专业技能及构建质量控制管理体系等方面针对性地制订改进措施,实践证明,优化后的PDCA循环法应用于呼吸机质量管理,可降低故障率,同时也可作为对医、护、卫、工综合能力的客观评价,有利于团队凝聚力的提升,具有良好的研究价值。
In order to deal with the reform of public hospitals and strengthen the fine management of ventilators,the application value and existing problems of PDCA cycle method were introduced,the concept of homogeneous and heterogeneous data was introduced,and PDCA loop approach was optimized by using dynamic homogeneous heterogeneous data in this study,to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the use of ventilators.Meanwhile,with the pressure sensor failure,flow sensor failure,tidal volume failure,abnormal flow and other failures included into the focus to solve problems,and formulation of targeted improvement measures in strengthening the quality control of ventilator performance,improving professional skills of full-time engineers and building a quality control management system,through practice,the optimized PDCA circulation method is applied to the quality management of ventilators,which can reduce the failure rate.In addition,it can also be used as an objective evaluation of the comprehensive abilities of doctors,nurses,health workers,which is conducive to the cohesion of the team and has good research value.
