摘要
慢性前列腺炎(CP)是男科常见病、疑难病,临床从湿热论治者多,从寒论治者少。郭军教授根据《黄帝内经》等医学典籍,从寒凝肝脉兼瘀阻出发,综合经典方剂天台乌药散和芍药甘草汤创制出乌茴止痛方,并根据患者病情轻重、倾向不同而随证化裁,在临床上取得了良好疗效。本文介绍了郭军教授运用乌茴止痛方治疗CP的用药经验,供临床参考。
Chronic prostatitis(CP)is a common but difficult disease in andrology.Many clinicians of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)determine the treatment of CP from the perspective of damp-heat constitution,but few clinicians consider the treatment of CP from the perspective of cold constitution.Professor GUO Jun studied the classics such as the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine,started from the theory that cold accumulated in liver channel and resulted in blood stasis.By combining the classic prescription Tiantai Wuyao Powder and Paeonia Glycyrrhiza Decoction,Professor GUO Jun created Wuhuizhitong Decoction,with Radix Linderae and Fennel as the major ingredients for relieving pain.And the prescription was adjusted according to the syndrome by considering the severity and tendency of the disease,and achieved good clinical effects.This article introduced Professor GUO Jun’s experience on treating CP with Wuhuizhitong Decoction for peer’s reference.
