血清白细胞介素-12、转化生长因子-β与急性白血病患者化疗效果的关系

Relationship Between Serum Interleukin-12, Transforming Growth Factor-β and Chemotherapy Effect in Patients with Acute Leukemia

摘要 目的 观察血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在急性白血病(AL)化疗患者中的水平变化,探讨血清IL-12、TGF-β与AL患者化疗效果的关系。方法 本研究采用前瞻性研究方法,纳入2019年2月至2021年2月在信阳市中心医院接受治疗的175例急性髓系白血病患者,剔除7例,最终纳入168例患者。化疗前采用全自动生化分析仪检测患者血清IL-12、TGF-β水平,给予患者标准诱导方案(柔红霉素联合阿糖胞苷)治疗1个疗程,治疗后评价患者化疗效果,根据化疗效果分为两组(缓解组、未缓解组),比较两组患者性别、年龄、白细胞计数等资料及血清IL-12、TGF-β水平,重点分析血清IL-12、TGF-β与AL患者化疗效果的关系。结果 168例AL患者治疗1个疗程后,完全缓解25例(14.88%),部分缓解90例(53.57%),治疗失败39例(23.21%),复发14例(8.33%);未缓解组血清IL-12水平低于缓解组,血清TGF-β水平高于缓解组(P<0.05);对比两组性别、年龄等资料,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);点二列相关性分析显示,血清IL-12、TGF-β与AL患者化疗效果相关(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,血清IL-12、TGF-β与AL患者化疗效果有关(P<0.05)。结论 血清IL-12、TGF-β与AL患者化疗效果存在相关性。 Objective To observe the changes of serum interleukin-12(IL-12) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) levels in patients with acute leukemia(AL) after chemotherapy, and to explore the relationship between serum IL-12, TGF-β and the effect of chemotherapy in patients with AL. Methods This study adopted a prospective research method, a total of 175 patients with acute myeloid leukemia who were treated in Xinyang Central Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were included in this study, 7 patients were excluded and 168 patients were finally included. Before chemotherapy, the levels of serum IL-12 and TGF-β were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the patients were treated with standard induction scheme(daunorubicin and cytarabine) for one course of treatment. After treatment, the chemotherapy effect was evaluated. According to the effect of chemotherapy, they were divided into two groups(remission group and non-remission group). The data of gender, age, white blood cell count and serum IL-12 and TGF-β levels were compared between the two groups, and the relationship between serum IL-12 and TGF-β and the efficacy of chemotherapy in AL patients was analyzed. Results After one course of treatment, 168 patients with AL achieved complete remission in 25 cases(14.88%), partial remission in 90 cases(53.57%), treatment failure in 39 cases(23.21%), and recurrence in 14 cases(8.33%). The level of serum IL-12 in non-remission group was lower than that in remission group, and the level of serum TGF-β was higher than that in remission group(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05). The point two column correlation analysis showed that serum IL-12 and TGF-β were correlated with the effect of chemotherapy in patients with AL(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum IL-12 and TGF-β were related to the effect of chemotherapy in patients with AL(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum IL-12 and TGF-β are correlated with the effect of chemotherapy in patients with AL.
