摘要
利用超声波探测技术,设计了一个应用于叉车上的倒车报警系统。该设计以stm32为主控制器,包含有电源模块,超声波传感器模块,灯光报警模块。本文设计的系统可以检测行人在后方的位置,并且可以根据行人与叉车距离来调节灯光闪烁频率进行报警。本文阐述了该设计的部分硬件电路以及软件设计方法。
A reversing alarm system for forklift truck is designed by using ultrasonic detection technology. The design uses STM32 as the main controller, including Power Module, ultrasonic sensor module, lighting alarm module. The system designed in this paper can detect the position of pedestrians in the rear, and according to the distance between pedestrians and forklift to adjust the frequency of flashing lights to alarm. This paper describes the design of part of the hardware circuit and software design methods.
