摘要
为考察水性防锈乳液在人行钢桥铺装中的免除锈防腐性能,以水性丙烯酸酯乳液为防腐底漆,研究不同养护时间下防腐层与钢基面的粘结强度,并通过人行钢桥铺装组合结构的粘结强度试验评价铺装层与钢基面的粘结强度。试验结果表明:防腐层与钢基面的粘结强度为3.15 MPa,组合结构的粘结强度为1.20 MPa,水性丙烯酸酯乳液可实现人行钢桥的免除锈防腐,在人行钢桥铺装领域具备一定应用可行性。
In order to investigate the anti-corrosion performance of water-based anti-rust emulsion in the pavement of pedestrian steel bridge,the water-based acrylate emulsion was used as anti-corrosion primer.The bond strength between anti-corrosion layer and steel base surface under different curing time was studied.Moreover,the bond strength between the pavement layer and the steel base surface was evaluated by the bond strength test of the pavement composite structure of the pedestrian steel bridge.The test results show that the bonding strength between the anti-corrosion layer and the steel base surface is 3.50 MPa,the bonding strength of the composite structure is 1.20 MPa.Therefore,the water-based acrylate emulsion can realize the rust-free and anti-corrosion protection of the pedestrian steel bridge,which has certain application feasibility in the field of pedestrian steel bridge pavement.
