摘要
为探明菌草材料制备刨花板的工艺条件,以巨菌草为原料、改性脲醛树脂胶为胶黏剂,采用正交试验优化制板工艺,分析热压温度、热压时间和施胶量3个因素对厚9 mm、目标密度720 kg·m^(-3)的板材性能的影响,并测定优化条件下板材的物理力学性能和板厚度方向上的密度分布.结果表明:在热压温度190℃、热压时间35 s·mm^(-1)、施胶量12%的条件下,巨菌草刨花板的剖面密度分布正常,表层与芯层密度比为(1.3~1.4)∶1,静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度和2 h吸水厚度膨胀率分别达到14.9、1807、0.48 MPa和7.2%,均满足GB/T 4897—2015对干燥状态下使用的家具型刨花板(P2)的物理力学性能要求.可见,巨菌草是适合制作刨花板的非木质材料.
Preparation process of particleboard with JUNCAO was explored using Cenchrus fungigraminus Z.X.Lin&D.M.Lin&S.R.Lan sp.nov.as the raw material and modified urea-formaldehyde resin as the adhesive.Influences of 3 factors(hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time and adhesive amount)on the properties of particleboard with thickness of 9 mm and target density of 720 kg·m^(-3)were analyzed by orthogonal test to optimize the preparation process.Then particleboard manufactured under the optimized condition was tested for physical and mechanical properties and density distribution in the thickness direction.The results showed that under the optimized condition(hot-pressing temperature of 190℃,hot-pressing time of 35 s·mm^(-1)and adhesive amount of 12%),the prepared particleboard demonstrated a normal vertical density profile and had a density ratio of surface to core layer of(1.3-1.4)∶1.And its modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity,internal bond and thickness swelling rate of water absorption reached 14.9,1807,0.48 MPa and 7.2%respectively.In addition,all the properties met the requirement of GB/T 4897—2015 for furniture type(P2)particleboard used in dry condition.To summarize,C.fungigraminus was a non-wood raw material suitable for particleboard manufacture.
