摘要
肛周尖锐湿疣是肛肠科常见的疾病之一,治疗主要以去除疣体为主。其治疗后易复发、恢复慢、疗程长的特点,不仅使患者的身体遭受痛苦,而且带给患者无尽的焦虑、烦躁、压力,严重影响了患者的日常生活。中西医结合疗法治疗肛周尖锐湿疣有其独特的优势,笔者详细查阅了近几年来治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的相关文献并进行综述,旨在为中西医结合疗法更好地应用于治疗肛周尖锐湿疣提供临床参考。
Perianal condyloma acuminatum is one of the common diseases in anorectal department,and the main treatment is to remove the wart.After treatment,it is easy to relapse,slow recovery and long course of treatment,which not only makes the patient’s body suffer pain,but also brings endless anxiety,irritability and pressure to the patient,which seriously affects the patient’s daily life.The treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum with integrated Chinese and western medicine has its unique advantages.The author reviewed the relevant literature on the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum in recent years in detail,in order to provide clinical reference for the better application of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum.
