摘要
目的:以青海省不同种植基地(都兰县诺木洪农场,德令哈市尕海镇)枸杞叶为研究对象,测定不同地点、不同时期枸杞叶中甜菜碱的含量,以确定枸杞叶的最佳采摘时期和地点,为实现经济效益更大化提供理论依据。方法:利用GPS对采摘地定位,并记录相应的采摘时间。采用分光光度法对枸杞叶甜菜碱含量进行测定,并进行对比分析。结果:诺木洪农场6月、8月和10月甜菜碱含量分别为5.99±0.78 mg/g、3.89±0.73 mg/g、2.70±0.50 mg/g;尕海农场6月、8月和10月甜菜碱含量分别为5.57±0.74 mg/g、4.98±0.42 mg/g、3.83±0.62 mg/g。结论:德令哈市尕海镇枸杞种植基地是青海省海西州枸杞叶较优生产基地,适宜采摘时期为6月。
Objective:The leaf of wolfberry in different planting bases(Nuomuhong Farm,Turan County;Gahai Town,Delingha City)in Qinghai Province as the research object,the content of betaine in the leaves at different places and periods was determined to find out the best picking time and place,and to provide a theoretical basis for achieving greater economic benefits.Methods:GPS was used to locate the picking place,and recorded the corresponding picking time.The content of betaine in leaves was determined by spectrophotometry and compared.Results:The betaine content of Nuomuhong Farm in June,August and October were respectively 5.99±0.78 mg/g,3.89±0.73 mg/g,2.70±0.50 mg/g,and Gahai Farm in June,August and October were 5.57±0.74 mg/g,4.98±0.42mg/g,3.83±0.62 mg/g.Conclusions:The planting base of wolfberry in Gahai Town,Delingha City is the better production base in Haixi prefecture of Qinghai Province,and the suitable time for picking is June.
