摘要
研究了热振耦合试验中内部加热温区的加热器设计方法及热载荷施加方案,并综合考虑试验夹具强度、刚度及重量等因素,对夹具外形及选材进行了优化设计,最终制定了适用于试验件自重大、振动量级高且需要内部加热的热振耦合试验方案,可以为类似试验提供设计参考。
The heater design method and thermal load application scheme of the internal heating temperature zone in the thermal vibration coupling test are studied,and the shape and material selection of the test fixture are optimized by comprehensively considering the factors such as strength,stiffness and weight of the test fixture.Finally,the thermal vibration coupling test scheme suitable for the large self-weight of the test piece,high vibration magnitude and internal heating is formulated,which can provide design reference for similar tests.
