摘要
冶金原料场主要对炼铁原、燃料等散状物料进行处理,为烧结、焦化、高炉等工序供料。离散元法在散料处理领域应用广泛。为探究离散元法在冶金原、燃料处理中的应用方向,首先对离散元法和冶金原料场的特点进行简要介绍,对离散元法在炼铁原燃料处理环节中的输送机转载结构优化设计、物料破碎仿真、粒度偏析仿真、设备磨损分析、除尘装置优化设计等方面的相关研究进行综述,最后提出离散元法与其它仿真软件耦合进行优化设计、设备衬板优化、混匀配料仿真分析等研究方向。
The metallurgical raw material yard mainly processes bulk materials such as ironmaking raw materials and fuels, and supplies materials for sintering, coking, blast furnace and other processes. Discrete element method is widely used in the field of bulk material processing. In order to explore the application direction of discrete element method in metallurgical raw material and fuel treatment, firstly, the characteristics of discrete element method and metallurgical raw material yard are briefly introduced, and the relevant research on the optimization design of conveyor transfer structure, material crushing simulation, particle size segregation simulation, equipment wear analysis, dust removal device optimization design of discrete element method in ironmaking raw material and fuel treatment is summarized. Finally, the research directions of coupling discrete element method with other simulation software for optimal design, equipment lining optimization, mixing and batching simulation analysis are put forward.
