溶菌酶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响 被引量:7

Effect of lysozyme on production performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indexes and immunity indexes of laying hens

摘要 试验旨在探究溶菌酶单体和溶菌酶多聚体对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质以及孵化性能的影响。选取体重、生理状态基本一致的23周龄广西麻鸡蛋鸡360只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,处理1组、处理2组在基础日粮中分别添加500 g/t溶菌酶单体及500 g/t溶菌酶多聚体。预试期7 d,正式试验期49 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,处理2组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),处理1组和处理2组的蛋合格率显著提高(P<0.05);处理2组的蛋形指数显著提高(P<0.05),处理1组和处理2组的蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05);处理1组和处理2组的受精率显著提高(P<0.05),处理2组的受精蛋孵化率、入孵蛋孵化率显著提高(P<0.05);处理K1组和处理2组蛋鸡血清低密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05);处理2组蛋鸡血清免疫球蛋白M和免疫球蛋白A含量均显著提高(P<0.05),处理1组蛋鸡血清免疫球蛋白M含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,与对照组和溶菌酶单体组相比,溶菌酶多聚体可以更有效地提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善蛋形指数,提高蛋鸡孵化性能以及机体免疫功能。 The experiment was to compare the effect of lysozyme monomer and lysozyme polymer on production performance,egg quality and hatchability of laying hens.A total of 360 laying hens of 23-week-old Guangxi Ma chicken were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates in each group and 20 hens in each replicate.Hens in control group was fed with basal diet.Hens in treatment 1 and treatment 2 were fed with diet supplentment with 500 g/t lysozyme monomer and 500 g/t lysozyme polymer,respectively.The pre-test period was 7 d,and the formal test period was 49 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the egg laying rate of the two treatment groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the qualified rate of eggs in treatment 1 and treatment 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the egg shape index of treatment 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the eggshell strength of treatment 1 and treatment 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the fertilization rate of treatment 1 and treatment 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the hatching rate of fertilized eggs and incubated eggs of treatment 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum low density lipoprotein content of laying hens in treatment 1 and treatment 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin A in the serum of laying hens in treatment 2were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin M in the serum of laying hens in treatment 1 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that compared with control group and the lysozyme monomer group,the addition of lysozyme polymer can effectively improve egg production rate,change the egg shape index,improve the hatchability of laying hens and the body’s immunity.
