摘要
两相流安全阀泄放面积计算影响因素多、计算复杂,而计算结果能否真实、准确地反映实际泄放情况,关系到现场安全性。因此,两相流安全阀泄放面积计算的准确性是两相流安全阀选型的重中之重。常规的两相流安全阀泄放面积是通过单相计算再叠加的方式得到的,不被热力学理论所支持,得出的泄放面积往往偏小,存在一定安全隐患。提出一种更被热力学理论所支持的基于均相平衡模型的ω算法,从可能导致两相流泄放发生的四种工况,系统、全面地研究了两相流安全阀泄放面积计算方法,可以实现快速、准确、合理的安全阀尺寸选择。经过对比分析,证明ω算法计算得出的泄放面积略大于单相计算再叠加得出的泄放面积,其结果更为安全、合理。该方法可以更加有效地保护海洋平台压力设备和管道,对于确保海洋平台正常安全生产具有极其重要的意义。目前,该方法广泛应用在海洋平台两相流安全阀计算领域,并可推广到其他领域两相流安全阀计算。
Two-phase flow safety valve release area calculation has many impart factors, the calculation is complex, and the calculation results whether can be true and accurately reflect on the actual release situation, related to site safety. Therefore, the accuracy of the two-phase flow safety valve release area calculation is the most important on two-phase flow safety valve selection. Conventional two-phase flow safety valve release area is calculated by single-phase and then superimposed, not supported by thermodynamic theory, the resulting release area is often small, there are certain safety risks. An ω algorithm based on the homogeneous phase equilibrium model, which is more supported by thermodynamic theory, is proposed to study the two-phase flow safety valve relief area calculation method systematically and comprehensively from the four operating conditions that may lead to the occurrence of two-phase flow relief, which can achieve fast, accurate and reasonable safety valve size selection. After a comparative analysis, it is proved that the relief area calculated by the ω algorithm is slightly larger than the relief area calculated by the single-phase calculation and then superimposed, and the result is safer and more reasonable. The method can protect the pressure equipment and pipelines of the offshore platform more effectively, which is of great importance to ensure the normal and safe production of the offshore platform. At present, the method is widely used in the field of two-phase flow safety valve calculation for offshore platforms and can be extended to other fields of two-phase flow safety valve calculation.
