烟草浸提液对番茄早疫病诱导抗性的研究

摘要 以烟草根、茎、叶的40%乙醇、60%丙酮浸提液为处理,以40%乙醇、60%丙酮为对照,蒸馏水为总对照,在番茄幼苗期(2叶1心)进行诱导处理(全株喷施),结合自然病原激发病害试验和人工接种病原激发病害试验,研究烟草根、茎、叶的40%乙醇、60%丙酮浸提液对番茄早疫病的诱导抗性效果。结果表明,经6种浸提液诱导处理后的番茄幼苗对番茄早疫病有不同程度的诱导抗性效果。在自然病原激发病害试验中,与蒸馏水CK相比,乙根、乙茎、乙叶、丙根、丙茎、丙叶浸提液诱导抗性效果分别为30.89%、15.82%、21.66%、49.29%、20.52%、30.76%;在人工接种病原激发病害试验中,诱导抗性效果依次为39.57%、30.69%、34.76%、55.40%、35.43%、41.20%。综合试验结果,烟草根、茎、叶的浸提液对番茄早疫病有诱导抗性效果,丙根浸提液诱导处理效果最佳。 Abstrcat: In this experiment, the treatment groups were various extracts that tobacco roots、stems and leaves were extracted by 40% ethanol and 60% acetone, meanwhile 40% ethanol, 60% acetone were several control groups, and distilled water was total control group. In the tomato seedling age with two leaves and one center will implement what all treatment and control groups on whole plant with spraying, which to study induction resistance effect of those extracts on early blight of tomato by incorporating natural pathogen-induced disease test and the test of induced disease by artificial inoculation of pathogen. The results showed that there were different degrees of induced resistance effect on early blight of tomato by 6 kinds of extracts. In the natural pathogen-induced disease test, comparing with distilled water, the induced resistance effect of Yi gen, Yi jing, Yi ye, Bing gen, Bing jing and Bing ye was 30.89%, 15.82%, 21.66%, 49.29%, 20.52%,30.76% respectively. In the test of induced disease by artificial inoculation of pathogen, the induced resistance effect in turn was 39.57%, 30.69%, 34.76%, 55.40%, 35.43%, 41.20% respectively. The results that combine natural and artificial test showed that the extracts of tobacco roots, stems and leaves had had effect on early blight of tomato, the signification treatment was Bing gen.
