摘要
目的分析协同护理模式在初产妇产后护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院产科分娩的60例初产妇作为研究对象。采用红蓝双色球法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用协同护理模式。比较两组产妇产后恢复情况、并发症总发生率和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果观察组产后2 h出血量为(150.67±32.43)ml,产后24 h出血量为(193.83±26.89)ml,少于对照组的(187.52±36.35)ml和(301.29±34.73)ml;观察组的住院时间为(3.15±0.36)d,短于对照组的(3.92±0.78)d。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后并发症总发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(33.33%);护理后观察组产妇的HAMD评分为(7.54±3.06)分,HAMA为(6.46±1.64)分,低于对照组的(11.19±4.27)分和(9.72±2.38)分。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇产后护理中应用协同护理模式可有效减少产妇产后出血量,缩短产后住院时间,减少并发症的发生,改善产妇负面情绪,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of cooperative nursing mode in postpartum nursing of primipara.Methods A total of 60 primipara who gave birth in Changzhou No.2 People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected as research subjects from January 2019 to December 2021.Enrolled cases were divided into two groups by using the red blue bicolor method,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received cooperative nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The postpartum recovery,total incidence of complications and scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage 2 hours and 24 hours after labor of the observation group was less than that of the control group([150.67±32.43]ml and[193.83±26.89]ml vs.[187.52±36.35]ml and[301.29±34.73]ml),and the length of hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group([3.15±0.36]d vs.[3.92±0.78]d).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(10.00%vs.33.33%).After receiving nursing care,the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the observation group were lower than those of the control group([7.54±3.06]points and[6.46±1.64]points vs.[11.19±4.27]points and[9.72±2.38]points).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cooperative nursing mode in postpartum nursing of primipara can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,total incidence of complications,shorten the length of postpartum hospital stay,and alleviate the negative emotions of primipara,which is worth promotion.
