摘要
本文将围绕SIL定级以及LOPA的主要内容进行分析讨论,提出化工安全仪表系统SIL定级中LOPA的应用路径,以此保证安全仪表系统的应用质量与实际性能,使其能够满足安全生产的各项需求,确保LOPA技术分析过程中所出现的不足之处被有效化解,促进化工产业的稳定发展.
This paper analyzes and discusses the SIL rating and the main contents of LOPA,and puts forward the application path of LOPA in the SIL rating of chemical industry safety instrumented system to ensure the application quality and actual performance of the safety instrumented system,so that it can meet various needs of safety production,ensure that the shortcomings in the process of LOPA technical analysis are effectively resolved,and the stable development of the chemical industry is promoted.
