摘要
柴胡皂苷a(Saikosaponin a,SSa)是中药柴胡的主要成分之一,具有柴胡类似的药理作用,目前国内外已经有大量关于SSa的研究。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对关于SSa的药理作用以及其作用机制的研究进行收集、整理与归纳。总结出SSa具有抗癫痫、抗抑郁、抗炎和抗肿瘤等作用,本文将从这几个方面对SSa的药理作用及其机制进行综述。
Saikosaponin a(SSa)is one of the main components of bupleurum chinese.It has pharmacological effects similar to bupleurum.At present,there have been a large number of studies on SSa at home and abroad.In this paper,the pharmacological action and its mechanism of action of SSa were collected,sorted and summarized by referring to domestic and foreign literature.It is concluded that SSa has antiepileptic,antidepressive,anti-inflammatory,and antitumor effects,etc.This paper will review the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of SSa from these aspects.
