摘要
目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化时期某医学院大学生自杀意念发生情况及应对方式和社会支持对其影响,为特殊时期防控医学生自伤、自杀提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法对安徽省某医学院3763名医学生进行问卷调查,收集研究对象基本信息、应对方式、社会支持和自杀意念等信息,并通过多因素Logistic回归模型分析应对方式和社会支持对大学生自杀意念的影响。结果:633名(16.82%)医学生有自杀意念。回归模型显示,客观支持、主观支持、社会支持利用度得分以及积极应对评分增加均与大学生发生自杀意念风险降低有关,而消极应对得分增加则与其发生风险增加有关,OR(95%CI)值分别为0.93(0.89~0.97)、0.87(0.85~0.90)、0.75(0.71~0.79)、0.94(0.93~0.97)和1.13(1.11~1.15),关联均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化时期,提高社会支持和采取积极应对方式可降低大学生发生自杀意念的风险。
Objective:To know the prevalence of suicidal ideation in medical students of a medical college and the impact of coping style and social support on it during the period of regular prevention and control of COVID-19,providing the evidence for the prevention and control of self-injury and suicide in medical students.Methods:A total of 3763undergraduates were recruited from a medical college in Anhui Province by stratified cluster sampling,and information on demographic characteristics,coping style,social support and suicidal ideation were collected through a structured questionnaire.Logistic regression model was used to evaluate the associations of suicidal ideation with coping style and social support.Results:A total of 633(16.82%)medical students had tendency of suicidal ideation.In multivariate logistic regression models,higher scores of objective support,subjective support,social support utilization and positive coping measures were associated with lower risks of medical students with suicidal ideation,while higher scores of negative coping measures were associated with higher risks of suicidal ideation,with OR(95%CI)of 0.93(0.89~0.97),0.87(0.85~0.90),0.75(0.71~0.79),0.94(0.93~0.97)and 1.13(1.11~1.15),respectively,all with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the period of regular prevention and control of COVID-19,taking positive coping measures and improving social support can reduce the incidence of suicidal ideation.
