摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CTA和3.0T MRA对高度怀疑颅内动脉瘤患者的诊断效能。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月我院收治的150例高度怀疑颅内动脉瘤患者,均行64排螺旋CTA和3.0T MRA检查,比较两种检查方式对颅内动脉瘤的诊断效能。结果CTA显示颅内动脉瘤空间关系清晰程度明显优于MRA(P<0.05)。CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的敏感度、准确度分别为96.0%、92.0%,高于MRA的82.3%、78.0%(P<0.05)。CTA诊断<3 mm、3~5 mm直径颅内动脉瘤的准确率高于MRA(P<0.05)。结论CTA可清晰显示颅内动脉瘤的形态、位置等结构,对颅内动脉瘤的诊断效能优于MRA。
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficiency of 64 slice spiral CTA and 3.0T MRA in patients with highly suspected intracranial aneurysms.Methods 150 patients with highly suspected intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and detected by 64 slice spiral CTA and 3.0T MRA.The diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods for intracranial aneurysms was compared.Results CTA showed that the spatial relationship of intracranial aneurysms was clearer than MRA(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were 96.0%and 92.0%recpectively,higher than 82.3%and 78.0%of MRA(P<0.05).The accuracy of CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms with diameters of<3 mm and 3 to 5 mm was higher than that of MRA(P<0.05).Conclusions CTA can clearly show the shape,location and other structures of intracranial aneurysms,and the diagnostic efficiency of intracranial aneurysm is better than MRA.
