摘要
针对不同禁带宽度的半导体材料TiO_(2)、Cu_(2)S作为光催化剂,研究在不同的光照强度、温度、压强反应条件和聚光反应前后对CO_(2)还原率的影响。结果表明:改变反应条件前后材料的光催化效率发生了明显的改变,聚光反应可以有效的提高CO_(2)还原率,通过XRD分析和SEM分析,效率的提高并非是有新物质的生成和晶体的改变,最佳的反应条件可以极大的提高光催化的性能。
For semiconductor materials TiO_(2)and Cu_(2)S with different band gaps as photocatalysts,the effects of different light intensity,temperature,pressure reaction conditions,and light-gathering reaction conditions on CO_(2)reduction rate were studied.The results show that the photocatalysis efficiency of the materials change obviously before and after changing the reaction conditions.The reduction rate of CO_(2)could be effectively improved by light-gathering reaction.Through XRD analysis and SEM analysis,the efficiency improvement is not due to the formation of new substances and the change of crystals.The optimal reaction conditions can greatly improve the photocatalytic performance.
