摘要
目的:探讨基于多学科的协作(multidiciplinary treatment,MDT)模式的案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在内分泌科临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年6月至2021年6月在我院内分泌科实习的本科生84人,随机分为对照组和研究组,各42人。其中对照组采用传统的讲授式教学(lecture-based learning,LBL)法,研究组采用MDT+CBL+PBL教学法。本专业实习结束后,比较2组实习生理论知识、实践操作技能以及病例分析能力考核结果,并通过问卷调查,评价教学效果。结果:内分泌科实习结束后研究组的理论知识、实践操作技能以及病例分析能力3项考核成绩及带教效果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于MDT模式的CBL联合PBL教学法显著提高了内分泌科临床带教效果,值得积极推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of CBL combined with PBL teaching method based on MDT model in clinical teaching of endocrinology. Methods:A total of 84 undergraduate interns who practiced in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from Jun 2020 to Jun 2021 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, 42 interns in each group. The control group received the traditional teaching method(LBL method). The research group received MDT+CBL+PBL teaching method. After the internship, the assessment results of theoretical knowledge,practical operation skills and case analysis ability of the two groups were compared,and the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey. Result: After the internship, the results of theoretical knowledge, practical operation skills, case analysis ability and teaching effect of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:CBL combined PBL teaching method based on MDT model can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect of endocrinology department,which is worth promoting actively.
