水工混凝土中橡胶纤维的应用研究

摘要 橡胶纤维掺量及其组成成分不同,对水工混凝土的影响明显不同。文章利用正交试验探讨了各组混凝土的力学性能及其最优配合比,结果显示橡胶纤维水工混凝土的28d劈裂、抗折和抗压强度,较基准普通混凝土而言均有一定的下降,但抗折比和抗拉比明显提高,掺橡胶纤维明显增强了混凝土的抗裂性和韧性。 The content and composition of rubber fiber are various,and the influence of rubber fiber content on hydraulic concrete is obviously different.In this paper,the mechanical properties and the optimal mix ratio of each group of concrete are investigated by orthogonal test.The results show that the 28d splitting,flexural and compressive strength of rubber fiber hydraulic concrete are decreased compared with the standard ordinary concrete,but the flexural ratio and tensile ratio of rubber fiber hydraulic concrete are significantly increased,and the rubber fiber has significantly enhanced the cracking resistance and toughness of concrete.
