摘要
在公路、水利、铁路等施工项目隧道工程中经常遇到高地温、瓦斯、岩爆、岩溶等不良地质,对项目的施工安全和工期保证有着重大的影响。本文以中铁十二局集团第三工程有限公司负责施工的四川省仁寿至屏山新市公路井研至五指山段路基土建工程五指山低瓦斯隧道,采用独头压入式、巷道式通风方法对施工隧道进行通风的方案,同时对掌子面和回风巷需风量进行计算,可以得出有无机械作业时段的需风量风速控制,进一步精细化不同时段的送风量,解决瓦斯突出、瓦斯涌出等危险情况。
In the tunnel engineering of highway,water conservancy,railway and other construction projects,high ground temperature,gas,rock burst,karst and other unfavorable geology are often encountered,which have a significant impact on the project construction safety and time limit guarantee.In this paper,the Wuzhishan low-gas tunnel,which is the subgrade civil engineering from Jingyan to Wuzhishan section of Renshou to Pingshan Xinshi Highway in Sichuan Province,which is under the construction of our unit,is used to ventilate the tunnel.At the same time,the air demand of the tunnel face and the return air lane is calculated,and it can be concluded whether the air demand and wind speed are controlled during mechanical operation,so as to further refine the air supply in different periods and solve the dangerous situations such as gas outburst and gas gushing.
