摘要
目的探讨问题追溯及改进措施探讨在提高医技检查质量中的应用效果。方法抽取本院自2018年12月-2019年12月进行DR、CT和B超检查的患者130例作为对照组,此阶段采取常规医技检查管理,对其临床资料进行分析,结合医院医技检查管理情况,探讨存在的问题,并选取自2020年1月-2021年1月进行上述3项医技检查患者130例作为观察组,根据问题探讨和拟定针对性改进措施,采取针对性的医技检查管理。观察和对比两组患者检查预约时间、检查满意度、3项检查完成情况及对应医技检查人员医疗服务质量。结果观察组患者检查预约时间明显短于对照组、检查满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);3项检查完成情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对应医技检查人员医疗服务质量相关评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追溯常规医技检查中存在的问题并实施对应的改进措施可明显节省患者检查预约时间,优化患者就医体验,提升患者检查满意度,改善医技检查质量。
Objective To explore the problem tracing and improvement measures,and to explore the application effect in improving the quality of medical technology examination.Methods 130 patients who underwent Dr,CT and B-ultrasound examinations in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the control group.At this stage,routine medical technology examination management was adopted,their clinical data were analyzed,and the existing problems were discussed in combination with the management of hospital medical technology examination.130 patients who underwent the above three medical technology examinations from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and targeted improvement measures were discussed and formulated according to the problems,Adopt targeted medical technology inspection management.Observe and compare the two groups of patients'examination appointment time,examination satisfaction,the completion of three examinations and the medical service quality of corresponding medical technical inspectors.Results The examination appointment time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the examination satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The completion of the three examinations was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The related scores of medical service quality of corresponding medical technical inspectors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tracing the problems existing in routine medical technology examination and implementing corresponding improvement measures can significantly save patients'examination appointment time,optimize patients'medical experience,improve patients'examination satisfaction and improve the quality of medical technology examination.
