摘要
目的探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗急性心肌梗死后射血分数降低型心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月-2021年3月本院收治的140例急性心肌梗死后射血分数降低型心力衰竭患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组应用常规心力衰竭治疗药物,试验组在常规治疗的基础上应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠进行治疗,在干预周期结束后对比两组临床效果,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组左心室心射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)以及左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组,P<0.05。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠能够明显提高急性心肌梗死患者心室射血分数,改善患者心脏功能,提高患者生活质量,临床效果显著,建议进行推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sacubatrovalsartan sodium in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction after acute myocardial infarction.Methods 140 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction after acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs for heart failure,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with sacubatrovalsartan sodium on the basis of the control group.After the intervention cycle,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);serum malondialdehyde in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);glutathione peroxidase and serum peroxide dismutase were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Sakubatrovalsartan sodium can significantly improve cardiac ejection fraction,cardiac function and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction.It is recommended to be popularized.
