摘要
目的探讨对重症颅脑损伤术后患者行分级监控管理+精细化护理后预防术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法以2020年6月-2021年8月在本院接受手术治疗的重症颅脑损伤患者64例为研究对象,以随机数字表法进行分组,每组患者32例。观察组患者接受分级监控管理+精细化护理,对照组接受常规护理。对比两组护理前后股、腘静脉血流速度、下肢深静脉血栓形成情况以及生活质量改善情况。结果腘静脉、股静脉血流速度指标以及物质生活、社会功能、心理健康、躯体健康评分指标对比,护理后两组均高于干预前(P<0.05),而组间对比,为观察组更高(P<0.05);组间术后发生下肢深静脉血栓对比,为观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论对重症颅脑损伤术后患者行分级监控管理+精细化护理干预,术后股、腘静脉血流速度得以提高,明显降低了DVT的形成率,保障了患者术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical monitoring management and fine nursing on the prevention of postoperative lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 64 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were divided into 32 patients in each group by random number table.The patients in the observation group received graded monitoring management+fine nursing,and the patients in the control group received routine nursing.The blood flow velocity of femoral and popliteal veins,deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The blood flow velocity indexes of popliteal vein and femoral vein and the scores of material life,social function,mental health and physical health in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),while the comparison between groups was higher in the observation group(P<0.05);The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood flow velocity of femoral and popliteal veins can be improved,the formation rate of DVT can be significantly reduced,and the quality of life of patients can b e guaranteed.
