摘要
燃煤作为火电厂的主要燃料,在为机组提供热能的同时,也会排放出SO_(2)、氮氧化物以及粉尘等有害物质,其中SO_(2)危害性较为严重。由于SO_(2)具有较强的腐蚀性,若不采取相应的保护措施,SO_(2)及其与水汽反应形成的化学物质则会导致设备被腐蚀,影响设备的安全、稳定运行,以及脱硫效果。因此,本文就如何加强对电厂脱硫设备防腐保护措施进行分析,通过采取科学合理的方法延长设备使用寿命,提升电厂烟气治理效果。
As the main fuel of thermal power plants,coal-fired power plants also emit SO_(2),nitrogen oxides and dust and other harmful substances while providing thermal energy for the units.Among them,SO_(2)is more harmful.Because SO_(2)is highly corrosive,if no corresponding protective measures are taken,SO_(2)and the chemical substances formed by the reaction with water vapor will cause the equipment to be corroded,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the equipment,as well as the desulfurization effect.Therefore,this paper analyzes how to strengthen the anti-corrosion protection measures of desulfurization equipment in power plants and extends the service life of equipment by taking scientific and reasonable methods to improve the effect of flue gas treatment in power plants.
