摘要
目的:观察温经汤治疗女性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效及对甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例女性甲状腺功能减退症患者,根据随机数字表法及自愿原则分为两组各30例。对照组予西医常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联合温经汤随症加减治疗,观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)水平,评估温经汤随症加减治疗女性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分、TSH、TPOAb及TGAb水平均下降,FT3、FT4水平均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,治疗组各指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经汤随症加减治疗能有效恢复女性甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺功能并改善其临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenjing decoction on female hypothyroidism and its effect on thyroid function.Methods:60 cases of female patients with hypothyroidism,who met the inclusion criteria,were selected and divided into two groups by the method of random number table and the voluntary principle,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Wenjing decoction which was modified with symptoms on the basis of control group.The score of TCM symptom and the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)of patients were observed and recorded in two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of Wenjing decoction which was modified with symptoms on female hypothyroidism was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the score of TCM symptom and the levels of TSH,TPOAb and TGAb of patients were decreased in two groups,and the levels of FT3 and FT4 were increased in two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,the improvement of each index in treatment group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing decoction which was modified with symptoms can effectively restore the thyroid function of female patients with hypothyroidism,and improve their clinical symptoms.
