不同果枝类型陆地棉品种产量性状与品质性状的比较研究 被引量:2

Comparative Study on Yield and Quality Characters of Upland Cotton Varieties with Different Fruit Branch Types

摘要 本试验选取Ⅰ式果枝类型陆地棉品种66-17、马棉、66-15、新陆中41和Ⅱ式果枝类型品种新陆中37、新陆中82为材料,采用遗传变异分析和相关性分析法,研究不同果枝类型陆地棉品种各表型性状、产量性状及纤维品质性状之间的差异。结果表明,产量性状中,变异系数最大的是果枝始节高,Ⅰ、Ⅱ式果枝类型品种始节高的变异系数分别为29.93%、32.55%;Ⅰ式果枝类型品种的单株铃数低于Ⅱ式,但单铃重与之相反;籽棉产量Ⅰ式高于Ⅱ式,分别为7069.93、6656.38 kg/hm^(2)。两种果枝类型品种品质性状的变异系数均不大,变异幅度为0.33%~13.66%;Ⅰ式果枝类型品种的纤维长度为29.66 mm,Ⅱ式为29.02 mm;马克隆值Ⅰ式为4.33,Ⅱ式为4.07;断裂比强度Ⅰ式为30.24 cN/tex,Ⅱ式为31.75 cN/tex。相关性分析中,两种果枝类型品种的单株铃数与单铃重表现为显著负相关;马克隆值与其它4个品质性状(纤维长度、整齐度、断裂比强度和伸长率)表现为负相关。综合认为,Ⅰ式果枝类型品种有更高的产量并且能够通过合理调控单株铃数、单铃重与衣分来实现产量、品质双提高。 In this experiment, the upland cotton varieties 66-17, Mamian, 66-15 and Xinluzhong 41 with fruit branch typeⅠ, and Xinluzhong 37 and Xinluzhong 82 with fruit branch type Ⅱwere selected as materials to study their differences in phenotypic traits, yield traits and fiber quality traits by genetic variation analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the first node height was the highest in yield traits, which was 29.93% and 32.55% respectively in the fruit branch type Ⅰand Ⅱ varieties. The number of bolls per plant of typeⅠvarieties was lower than that of type Ⅱvarieties, but the variation of the single boll weight was opposite. The seed cotton yield of type Ⅰ varieties was higher than that of type Ⅱ, which were 7 069.93 kg/hm^(2) and 6 656.38 kg/hm^(2), respectively. The variation coefficient of quality traits in the two fruit branch types were not larger with the range of 0.33%~13.66%. The fiber length of type Ⅰ varieties was 29.66 mm, and that of type Ⅱ varieties was 29.02 mm. The Micronaire value of typeⅠvarieties was 4.33 and that of type Ⅱvarieties was 4.07. The fiber breaking strength of typeⅠvarieties was 30.24 cN/tex, and that of type Ⅱ varieties was 31.75 cN/tex. In the correlation analysis results, the number of bolls per plant was negatively correlated with the weight of single boll, and the Micronaire value was negatively correlated with the other four quality traits including fiber length, uniformity, breaking strength and elongation. According to the above results, the fruit branch typeⅠvarieties had higher yield and could achieve both yield increase and quality improvement through reasonable regulation of boll number per plant, single boll weight and lint percentage.
