摘要
当前,医疗领域人才竞争越发激烈,传统的医院招聘简历系统已无法满足日益精细化的招聘需求。文章结合当前医院招聘简历系统的现状及特点,以广州中医药大学第一附属医院招聘简历系统为例,进行了系统的设计思路分析并提出优化建议,为医院构建招聘简历系统提供了思路的参考,引导了未来医院招聘简历系统向着多终端、智能化、系统化、全过程方向发展,从而更好地服务于医院人才招聘工作。
At present,talent competition in medical field is increasingly fierce,and the traditional hospital recruitment resume system can no longer meet the needs of the increasingly refined recruitment.Based on the current situation and the characteristics of the recruitment resume system in the hospital,this paper takes the recruitment resume system of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,analyzes the design ideas of the system and puts forward optimization suggestions,which provides a reference for the hospital to construct the recruitment resume system,and guides the future hospital recruitment resume system to develop towards multi-terminal,intelligent,systematic and the whole-process direction so as to better serve the recruitment work in the hospital.
