某高校附属医院临床教学研究管理实践和思考 被引量:1

摘要 为深入推进临床教学研究工作,以教学研究促进教学改革,不断提升以胜任力为导向的医学人才培养质量。某高校附属医院对临床教师不具备教育专业背景、教学研究认识不到位、教学研究时间与精力受制约、临床教学研究考核权重弱化等临床教师开展教学研究积极性的影响因素进行梳理,通过加强教学研究能力培训、强化教学研究考核、提供教学研究支撑环境、落实教学研究属地化管理等系列管理举措,充分发挥激发临床教师教学研究热情的政策导向作用,有效提升了临床教师教学研究积极性,取得良好效果。 In order to further promote clinical teaching and research,promote teaching reform through teaching and research,and continuously improve the quality of competence-oriented medical personnel training,the affiliated hospital of a university sorted out the factors affecting the enthusiasm of clinical teachers to carry out the teaching research,such as the lack of educational background of clinical teachers,the lack of understanding of teaching research,the restriction of teaching research time and energy,and the weakening of the weight of clinical teaching research assessment.Through a series of management measures,such as strengthening the training of teaching research ability and the assessment of teaching research,providing supporting environment for teaching research,and implementing localized management of teaching research,the parts were given full play in the policy-oriented role of stimulating the enthusiasm of clinical teachers in teaching and researching,and good results were achieved.
