摘要 为了实现精密装配中点胶过程针尖的准确定位,解决点胶料筒更换导致的胶滴一致性方面的问题,设计了基于精密测量和点胶自动标定的精密点胶系统,并集成于微小装配设备。该系统基于时间-压力型点胶方法,通过机器视觉提取零件位置信息,利用点胶标定模块对针尖位置的自动标定,实现点胶作业中的自动定位,并通过激光测距手段控制点胶过程中针尖与基板的初始距离。为了适应不同胶量的需求,提出了基于胶滴预点样的点胶参数调节方法,可通过点胶标定模块实现点胶参数的自动调整。点胶实验结果表明,对于直径600~800μm的点胶,胶滴位置偏差小于30μm,胶滴直径的一致性偏差小于5%。研制的精密点胶系统可实现较高精度的微小胶滴点样,为微小装配流程中集成精密自动化点胶功能提供了有效的解决方案。 In order to achieve accurate automatic positioning of the needle in the dispensing process of precision assembly, and solve the problem of dispensing nonuniformity caused by the replacement of the dispensing barrel, a precision dispensing system, which was designed based on precise measurement and automatic dispensing calibration, was integrated in the micro assembly equipment.The time-pressure dispensing method based system uses machine vision to extract part position information, together with automatic calibration of the needle position by the dispensing calibration module, to achieve automatic positioning in the dispensing operation and to precisely control the initial distance in the dispensing process by means of laser displacement measurement.In order to adapt to different glue volume requirements, a dispensing parameter adjustment method based on pre-dispensing of glue drops is proposed, which can be automatically adjusted with the dispensing calibration module.The results of the dispensing experiments show that for dispensing with a diameter of 600~800 μm, the positional deviation of the glue drop is less than 30 μm, and the consistency deviation of the diameter of the glue drop is less than 5%.The developed precision dispensing system can realize high-precision dispensing of tiny glue droplets, and provides an effective solution for integrating precise automatic dispensing functions in the tiny assembly process.
