摘要
通过内检测技术识别缺陷可有效评估管道状态,提升油气管道的完整性管理水平。某海底管道长60 km,由陆地及海底管段组成,全线存在数百个由弯头构成的补偿器,海底管段存在严重变形,内检测作业面临较高的卡堵风险。针对上述特点,新设计用于测径、清管的高通过性机械清管器,利用试验管段进行牵拉试验,验证其通过性,并根据测径结果对内检测器长度、法兰盘直径及质量进行改进,进一步提高内检测器的通过性与弯头耐疲劳能力。在渐进式清管作业的基础上,成功将涡流内检测器应用于实际工程,成功获得了完整有效的管道数据。结果表明,该针对弯管多且存在变形的长输海底管道的内检测技术方案安全可靠,可为其他高风险海底管道开展内检测作业提供参考。
The status of pipeline can be effectively evaluated by identifying the defects with inline inspection technology to further improve the integrity management of oil and gas pipelines. For example, a 60 km long submarine pipeline,comprising the onshore and offshore sections, was equipped with compensators composed of hundreds of elbows in whole line, while the submarine pipeline section was seriously deformed, and the inline inspection operation faced a high risk of jamming. In view of the above characteristics, a new mechanical pig with high passing capacity was designed for diameter measurement and pigging, of which the passing capacity was verified by pull test on the test section. Subsequently, the length, flange diameter and weight of the inline detector were improved according to the diameter measurements to enhance the passing capacity of the inline detector and the fatigue resistance of elbows. Finally, the eddy current inline detector was successfully applied to the actual projects based on the progressive pigging, with the complete and effective data of the whole pipeline collected. The results show that the inline inspection technical scheme for long-distance submarine pipelines with many bends and deformation is safe and reliable, which could provide a reference for the inline inspection of other high-risk submarine pipelines.
