摘要
为解决库格铁路对新疆巴州若羌片区电网产生的电能质量问题,消除谐波和三相电压不平衡度对电网造成的危害,根据国网巴州供电公司对若羌片区电网三相电压不平衡调查报告,采用PSASP软件,对电力机车过境若羌地区引起的三相电压不平衡以及电压越变情况进行仿真计算。以此为依据,提出采取电网分列运行方式,达到增加电铁与常规用户负荷电气距离、减少电铁冲击负荷对常规用户的影响的目的。通过Fluke 1760三相电能质量记录仪对各站点的谐波、三相电压不平衡度进行现场测试及电能质量评估,并提出了针对若羌片区电网三相电压不平衡度问题的治理措施,有效解决了格库电气化铁路接入巴州电网后的电能质量问题。
In order to solve the power quality problem caused by the Kuge Railway to the power grid in Ruoqiang area of Bazhou,Xinjiang,and eliminate the harm caused by harmonics and three-phase voltage imbalance to the grid,according to three-phase voltage imbalance investigation report of State Grid Bazhou Power Supply Company for the Ruoqiang power grid,PSASP software is used to simulate and calculate the three-phase voltage imbalance and voltage surging caused by electric locomotives passing through the Ruoqiang area.Based on this,a separate grid operation method is adopted to increase the number of electric railways and the electrical distance of the conventional user load,reduce the impact of the electric railway load on the conventional users.Using the Fluke 1760 three-phase power quality recorder,the harmonics and three-phase voltage unbalance of each site are tested on site and power quality evaluation is performed,and the treatment measures for the three-phase voltage unbalance of the Ruoqiang area power grid are put forward,which effectively solve the power quality problem after the Geku railway is connected to the Bazhou power grid.
