摘要
秦王政二十五年灭楚降越,统一江东,在浙江以北的荆新地设江胡郡,在浙江以南的越地设会稽郡。秦始皇三十年五月至秦二世元年九月之间,整合江东的地域格局,两郡合并为新的会稽郡,政区的调整当与秦始皇三十七年巡游江东关系密切。
In the 25th year of King Zheng, Qin conquered Chu and Yue, unified the Jiangdong area,and then established the Jianghu Prefecture in Jingxindi to the north of Zhejiang River and Kuaiji Prefecture in the Yue area to the south of Zhejiang River. To adjust the regional structure of the Jiangdong area, Qin merged the two prefectures into the new Kuaiji Prefecture between May of the 30th year of the First Emperor and September of the 1st year of the Second Emperor. This change in the regional political structure, we propose, should be closely related to the First Emperor’s tour in the Jiangdong area in the 37th year.
