摘要
建设方案比选是项目前期决策分析和评价阶段的重要内容。对于矿山项目,开拓运输方案是建设方案中至关重要的一部分。矿山开拓运输方案的选择受到多种因素的影响,在方案比选时既需要考虑技术的可行性,也要考虑经济上的合理性。技术上可行的方案在建设投资和经营费用比较的基础上,运用费用现值法能够将技术可行方案的经济效果定量化,更为直接的反映出方案的经济效果差异,为最终方案的确定提供理论依据。
The comparison and selection of construction schemes is an important content in the early decision-making analysis and evaluation stage of the project.For mine projects,the development and transportation plan is a vital part of the construction plan.The selection of mine development and transportation schemes is affected by many factors.Both technical feasibility and economic rationality should be considered in the comparison and selection of schemes.Using the cost present value method can quantify the economic effect of the technically feasible scheme,more directly reflect the difference in the economic effect of the scheme,and provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the final scheme.
