降低EDTA-4Na用量对丁苯橡胶性能影响的研究

摘要 针对丁苯橡胶SBR1502生产中聚合用水由脱氧水改为脱氧脱盐水后,需降低皂液中EDTA-4Na的用量,进行小瓶聚合反应试验,考察了降低EDTA-4Na用量对聚合反应和胶乳体系稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,降低EDTA-4Na标准用量的10%,可以提高聚合反应转化率,增强胶乳的机械稳定性,且凝胶含量少。应用于工业生产中,将有效降低EDTA-4Na的单耗,降低装置原料成本。 In the production of styrene butadiene rubber SBR1502, the polymerization water was changed from deoxygenated water to deoxygenated desalted water, and dosage of EDTA-4Na in soap solution was reduced. The vial polymerization reaction was conducted, and effect of reducing the dosage of EDTA-4Na on the polymerization reaction and stability of the latex system was investigated. The results showed that conversion rate of the polymerization reaction and mechanical stability of the latex could be improved by reducing the standard dosage of EDTA-4Na by 10% under other conditions unchanged, and content of gel was less. The application in industrial production would effectively reduce the unit consumption of EDTA-4Na and the raw material cost of the plant.
