摘要
近年来,随着BIM技术的出现和不断发展成熟,该技术已经逐渐成功应用在各个建设领域。首先,简单介绍了目前BIM技术的发展和使用状况;其次,针对目前BIM在中国施工项目管理领域中的实际运用情况加以探讨与剖析;最后,将BIM的发展及使用特点进行总结和展望,希望有助于促进BIM在中国施工项目管理中的合理运用。
Because of the emergence and continuous development of BIM technology, IT has been successfully applied in various construction fields. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the current situation of BIM, and then makes a brief exploration and analysis according to the current application of BIM in the field of construction engineering. Finally, prospected and summarized the development trend and application characteristics of BIM technology, hopes to promote the effective application of BIM technology.
